*Ad - Revolt Fitness is allowing me to participate in the program at no charge so long as I share weekly posts. All thoughts, opinions, and results are my own.
I was going to share with you today how great I have been doing with waking up at 5am and working out every morning because I don't feel like working out at night. But
Quick tip: if overtime is offered up at work you best take advantage of it. That means, I have been picking up a ton of overtime at work plus I am going to go to a beer festival this weekend. If that doesn't ring 'I am not working out at all this week' then I don't know what does.
*Sneaky giveaway: Follow me on any of the following (Bloglovin', Instagram, YouTube, Pinterest, Twitter, GFC) and you must leave a comment below telling me your favorite healthy snack and how you follow me for a chance to win $10 eGift card to Starbucks. Ends Saturday, July 20th at 12:00a. Winner announced next Monday. See each post this week for another chance to enter.*
Now that you know I am not going to be working out this week, I want to maintain my healthy eating habits. When I came across a recipe on Andrea's blog over at A Doctor In The House for protein bars I knew I needed to make them.
These little suckers are super filling and sooo tasty. Check out the recipe here.
I am sorry for the super lame post today but I put about as much effort in as I will this week working out. Now I am going to go bounce on my fitness ball while I work like a mad woman working overtime.
Can you forgive me for being a lame blogger?
Did you see the giveaway above?
